i have been told by a seer that i need to focus on my 3rd eye opening... however i can barely focus or when i get to go in meditation... i hear the noise in my ears, the feeling in my body. not cold or hot. Then bam it just stop. no more.

Its driving me nuts to not know what the hell im not understanding. im trying to look back on my past memories to hunt the memory that is blocking me... just cant find it.

What do you see of the first astral projection i had about 2 years ago? The cries then the sun ramming me down!

Ive felt enourmously different since that projection. however despite all i know.... i am unable to use that wisdom on myself! Please help me find that hole.


Also i have been trying to recall an old dream about a river , 3 portals and white bridge over an endless fall.

there was a red portal with red blood skies behind, A portal to a someplace that looked like Eden and another one i dont remember exactly.

In the dream i jumped down the endless fall and saw my past lifes blended with my present life... It happened long ago and so fast that i can barely remember anything...

No as a matter of fact I don't. Would you mind elaborating on that statement?

I have digestion issues and slow metabolism.Have tried many things and nothing works.What do you see?
Also there is a family member thats is a psychopath.How can I rid myself of that influence.Have the person out of my life but the things done lingers on.Happened for years before I was aware of what was being done in the background.

I am trying to let go of the mind/ego and be guided more from the heart/soul, not easy, any tips?

Also I am sensing big changes coming for mankind, possibly this month, but could also be just a feeling.

I fully agree with you that he has experienced what he needs to in this life. He belonged to a family member of mine for most of his life and came into my life a few years ago and at the perfect time - it was meant to be. He has helped me tremendously in my journey and I believe I have in turn helped him. I think he's 8 or 9 by now so I'm not expecting him to be around for ever given his breed and the life span of dogs. I have already come to terms with this. My only hope is that when it is his time to pass that he transitions quickly and without much pain or discomfort.

Regarding 'reiki'. I had booked a session with a hypnotherapist about 7 years ago in hopes of exploring past life regression. While that didn't exactly happen for me at the time (my mind was way too cluttered), she was also a reiki practicioner and I granted her permission to do that temporarily. I remember the unusual feeling of energy concentrated on the tip of my nose and without being physically touched of course. That experience served to expand my consciousness and raise my awareness that there are energetic forces operating 'behind the scenes' so to speak. That there's more going on then meets the eye.

I am indeed interested in energy work but I feel like I need to explore and discover it on my own accord. I find that when I am trying to learn formal methods or read the instructions or methods of others - that I get distracted or discouraged from what I am trying to accomplish. I feel like if it's a universal truth then one should be able to discover it on their own accord and through their natural intuition guiding them. Thanks for the reminder/encouragement about pursuing this Zip, I needed it.
