I had an experience last night that made me really uncomfortable and I don't really know what was going on. It was in my little training realm or w/e. For the first time I was laying there with clear and conscious thought but I didn't know what the hell to do lol. I tried holding images of light.. and on a more emotional level I tried getting up and running out of my door.
