'Sovereign Citizens' C L E A R E D of taking foreclosed homes
Wow - I'm stunned! I thought for sure they would be found guilty. Must be something to the "Sovereign Citizen" argument! Please pin for awareness...

DEKALB COUNTY, Ga. —

A DeKalb County jury acquitted three men accused of racketeering after they were arrested for signing fake deeds to themselves and then moving into foreclosed homes.

The charges came after a lengthy Channel 2 Action News investigation in 2010.

Eliyshuwa Yisrael acted as his own defense attorney in the case, which also included Jermaine Gibson and Richard Jenkins. Each man was charged with two RICO counts.

During the trial, Yisrael told the jury that banks, which were the documented owners of the properties, should not have been allowed to own them in the first place.

Apparently they weren't breaking the law. Otherwise they would not have been acquitted.

The news article is extremely scant. Shedding absolutely no light on the details. How common.

In any event. Time to get cracking on deed writing and take the houses back from the banks.

political correctness is a doctrine.... fostered by a delusional, illogical minority...... and rabidly promoted by an unscrupulous mainstream media; which holds forth the proposition that it is entirely possible to pick up a turd by the clean end.

Keep in mind that juries do not have to follow the law. If they think a law is unjust, they can hand out a 'not guilty' verdict even if someone broke a law.

Even if you we don't understand or agree with what these guys did, it is great to know that juries still understand they can do whatever they want.

That's written in the US Constitution and is called juror nullification. So juries can follow the LAW and throw out any unfair prosecution or unreasonable laws/codes.

It was written that way as a form of checks and balances. Regardless what the judges instructions are, we all have that right when we are jurors.

Jurors sitting on the bench have more power than the President or the Supreme Court.

Again ... Moorish laws look it up. If you really want to know, educate yourself and see how they hold up in the U.S. court of law. Take the easy route and look up some YouTube videos of Moors representing themselves in court and winning.

I have no affiliation with any of this.

You must have gotten your law degree off the back of a cereal box then. It's called jury nullification, it's a real thing. In fact it's so real and powerful that if an attorney says those words in court they can be held in contempt. You are not allowed to inform jurors of this right. It was built into the constitution to provide a set of checks and balances against unjust laws. Unfortunately it is not used nearly enough as most jurors are nose picking retards with nothing better to do.

They were acquitted because they were being charged under the RICO (racketeering) laws which the jury decided did not apply to this case. Apparently the jury thought they were charged with the wrong crime.

The GOvernment owns more private property in the United States than the private citizens do.

I am horrified!

The audacity of these free people to think they can create papers and legal rights, and money out of thin air, and then just move in and take ownership!

Google it. All that money on education and you don't know the basics?

All they teach in law school is case law.

As an Atty, you should educate yourself and make a change in your community by using the jury to nullify those whose are charged with unconstitutional charges.

Yeah, typical. Partly because they don't WANT us to know the inner workings of this stuff because they're afraid of it catching on,

and partly because the reporters are dumb as rocks and couldn't understand it to begin with.
