these guys are no better than the banksters folks. i did my own investigation of them.

you need a retainer - youre broke. so you'll end up makin your "mtg" pmts to them.

they dont get monetary awards either. you could end up gettn the house for free as an award - BUT........you dont have the 30% to pay them their fee for winning.....so they put a LIEN against your house til youre done paying them off.

if you have a 500k house - you will have a 150k on your home for 30-40yrs.

they cite that with ALL their alleged attys in every state - they have no money to do your case on contingency.....or file a class action.

take a look into who theyre associated with.

and........how many homes theyve taken from cases theyve WON bc ppl couldnt afford to pay them the settlement fee
