Not specific to your case but potentially, read up on the Finders/CIA... Svali//Illuminati... The Franklin Savings conspiracy, etc.

There are groups that kidnap children, that's a fact. There can be several angles here, ranging from Satanic ritual abuse, to intelligence agency projects (Monarch programming) to other sophisticated schemes.

There is no telling which you might be facing. Some have mentioned Targeted Individuals... these can be researched under gang stalking though there can be several types and not easy to figure out. If your police connections can research the vehicles you might get some clues.

Some possible flags: USAF or Navy people in your family tree, psychic abilities, high IQ or "idiot savant" abilities, paranormal or UFO experiences, Rh negative blood type, green eyes, blond hair... these are a few characteristics often mentioned.

my dad was in the Navy and was stationed in London (wtf?) while Viet Nam was happening. i was born in London at that time.
my i.q. is 148.
i had a big falling out with my dad right before i got to seattle and he asked where i was, and i lied and said i was headed east towards montana, when in fact i went onward to seattle.
i received a blank phone text from him and have never heard from him since. (could he have "GPS apped" me somehow?
he is an ex cop and had always known cops before he was one and still does now i assume.
but i really don't think he has anything to do with any of it, i am just hitting your list above.
my mom caught me on the phone with president Ford (in person, for real) when i was like 7 years old.
i also remember a time in my early teens when i seemed awakened from a blackout state sitting on the edge of my bed, and my mom opened my bedroom door and said "who are you talking to?" and i was holding a phone but had no idea what was going on.
i have always "lost" bits of time here and there. i did twice in seattle.

people flock to me wherever i move and i always end up with a ton of friends.

i have had some weird experiences but am unsure as to call them paranormal or ufo related. just very weird.
and i feel like, i don't know, this is probably common, but important in some way, but cannot place a finger on it.

Thats fucking weird. The same vehicles being at different motels you were staying at, with the plates down and one of the followers commenting that "you sure have a pretty daughter". Idk what that was but I would stay the fuck away from that area.

i can't believe i made it away from there with nothing happening.

i do know that i pretty much gave up sleeping in order to be vigilanty, and that added to my stress alot.
