United States 10/26/2012 09:43 AM Report Abusive Post Report Copyright Violation | Media makes us think there are only 2 Presidential nominees According to the Wikipedia entry below, there are actually 6 nominees. Perhaps it's incomplete as well. How many others can you name? If there are at least 6 nominees for POTUS, why does the media only cover 2 of them? Why does the Presidential debate only invite 2 of them? Where's the media when it comes to informing the public about our choices? On the flip side, I've yet to see a TV ad or hear a radio ad talking about any of them, either. If their parties were serious about their nominees, they'd push harder for public awareness and knowledge about what their nominees stand for and what they'd do in office. This shit is why I don't fraking vote. It's impossible to be adequately informed to make any kind of rational, educated decision regarding an individual to be this country's front man. Just two.
If you want to write in Alfred E. Neuman, or Rip Van Winkle, or vote for one of the "other candidates" who also will never be president,
KNOCK YOURSELF OUT. |
