Angel dust will siphon your spirit into a k-hole where it will be devoured by the fallen. Depending on the quality of the sustenance you provide, they may indeed prove grateful enough to return the favor, but I wouldn't count on it. That's a very perilous drug, it causes massive and permanent brain damage.
