Did the exec personally signoff on the page about Spire's lawsuit? Doubt it. Is he ultimately responsible for what ends up on their websites? Probably.

It's very obvious the [heavily] controlled media refuses to publish certain types of things. This is pretty much exactly the type of thing tptb would do and subsequently pass some notes on to other execs - if you don't want this to happen to your kids then don't cross the line.
