Indeed it's ridiculous, and indicative of the intellectual LAZYNIESS of many Republicans today.

Bush didn't invent the concept of open borders, unbridgled immigration. It was Democratic thing for years. Since JFK, there were 3 times more immigrants who came to the US than in the entire first 170 years of this country's existence.

And unlike the old polacks, germans, russians, jews, irish, italians and so on who quickly ASSIMILATED... the hordes of New kind of Immigrant both secretly hates what America stands for & wants to preserve their own culture and eventually turn the us into it.

Bush was just compassionate in the way he paid attention to AIDS in Africa, the way he wanted a REAL immigration reform with no gimmicks.... and Liberals took advantage of that and blackmailed him because of the Iraq War.

What was Bush supposed to do? Deport everybody and up in Hague? Where were all you loud-mouths when Bush was made into pinata -- even though he was given an almost impossible task to among other things

1) having to clean up Bill Clinton's mess -- 9/11
2) having to clean up Bill CLinton's mess - Dot.Com Bubble Burst Recession.
3) Saddam and nuclear Iran ambitions + Vladimir Putin meddling in US business.

Somalians were least of his mind.
