What does that sentence say in tiny writing underneath the rectangle?

matey, I dunno, but if you scroll through the numbers, a pic of what looks like an eye galaxy flicks up..twice, near top and near bottom.

"The safe has yet been opened, ____ is now, the journey over ____" I can't make out some of the words. My eyes are terrible.

Reminds me of that countdown website a few months ago. That date came and went......nothing happened.
