Mom took me to a psycologist because I was obsessed. I am 60 now. I can still have them from time to time. But I have a lot of trouble sleeping when an EQ is about to happen. I felt the one in Japan for days before it happened. I saw it happen...told my husband...and he crapped out when it did happen I have not slept well for over a week. That is how I found this site...looking for answers on the web. The Guatamala area has me feeling nauseous just watching it on the EQ site. I know something is about to happen...I feel the stress. It will be soon. Funny part is, I have this same feeling that I am going to be ok. I have been preparing for this since I was a kid, and I am as ready as I can be. Good luck to us all.
