OP Haarp is not powerful enough to control a big hurricane. Stop buying into the bs on haarp. I am not saying this is not engineered, but haarp cannot do it and control it. to move and heat such a monster so late in this already somewhat cold year, takes plasma beam technology. It is the only thing that can heat and move the jet stream with any reliability. I know of what i speak on this one.
