No silly it's not the bible. We track them spraying shit every day with satelite images. We see them broadcasting sonic waves into the atmosphere. It's all well documented if you take the time to look at it and as far as I'm concerned, incontrovertible.

Controlling weather at this stage of technology is easy. Some people don't realize (or deny) how advanced we've become. Don't doubt just because that technology isn't in your living room.
