Tattoo's Love Them or Hate Them?

I am okay with tattoos, so long as they have meaning. If they're just for "style", then you should really think about getting one of those tiny dogs that you can put in your purse instead. (That was a general you, not a specific you)

I have never been a fan of those that cover themselves with too many, but a few are ok, especially on a beautiful woman.


I have to admit that I find the so called "Tramp Stamps" extremely erotic. I guess it's the dark side in me.

i love tattoos. i dated this 52 year old man for a while.and one day we were walking towards a cafe in some town where we didn't live, and he kept acting really strange, i could have sworn that he kept pulling my top down. i was like, um, what are you doing, he was like...preventing people from seeing your lower back tattoo. so i said, but i have two more tattoos on my wrisits that everyone sees all the time...and he said, yah that's ok, these aren't, sexy, the one on your back is very sexy, i don't want anyone to see it.( he had this expression on his face that said, i'm sorry i'm a freak i know)it was so cute and sweet, and this was a really old guy who grew up during commmunism when tattoos were considered deviant behaviour....so, my old ex bf from rural bosnia, who grew up in communist era, has more sense and sensibility, and love for tattoos than many people on this forum. i find that quite amazing in a bad way...

I like Tattoo's, not lots but some are fine. They're sexy!

I have a Sea Turtle with waves on my low back which can really only be seen when I wear a Bikini.

I have a strange fascination for turtles and evidently the Ocean.

They're ugly.

I worked with a guy who spent half his life in prison because he was identified in a bank robbery video by his tattoos.

Not a fan of tats. I hired a girl with them once...she was rebellious, wouldn't follow direction and caused me lots of problems, and I guess, honestly, that about sums up how I see most people with them. There was one exception...of a young lady customer who had a band of wild horses circling her upper arm. They were well done and she paid a high price for it, and I told her it was beautiful and meant it.

I have two. An ankh on the inside of my left wrist, about 2 inches tall (to symbolize putting life into everything I do, as I'm left handed), and a ladybug at the right bottom side of my back just above my butt, since it acts almost like a totem animal for me. I love tattoos that have meaning. Ones gotten just for looks are... meh.

i had 3 tats done when i was younger in the late 80s i hate them now,iv had 2 laserd off and now on the 3rd which is being very stuborn as i had it coverd by new one in late 90s and its cost me 100s of pounds and still hasnt gone yets just dont rush in to doing a tat as when your older they look common on a lady,and people look at me as a bad person because of it when im not.

It depends... Some are sweet. I think tatted up chicks are sexy, but I wouldn't marry one. I know tramp stamps are cliché but I love them on a sexy body.

Nothing against anyone that has them (it's their choice) but I hate them and it's not for religious reasons (I'm agnostic).

I just think they look really bad.

I have only one. I got it when I was 19 after a really trippy weekend where I should have ended up in jail several times over.

I got a cross within a rose on my left pec. Black and White.

After learning more about christianity I decided I don't like tats personally and don't want any more and wish I didn't have this one.

They will probably carve this out of my chest in the FEMA camp.

I really find all those people choosing from catalogue, to be branded similar to cattle..

ALSO, tats can be dangerous !! If you tat on yourself something you do not understand ( as 99% do ) and in the same time is something satanic or other stuff, like the tribals..

That in fact has something to do with energies, still cant figure out what exactly..

There's much more to tats than just a picture on your body, if wasnt so, the government wont be pushing this agenda either..

ANyway, when you do something with Positive intention and you do it for your own good, or for the good of everybody, the outcome is always a good one ;)

They are nice, but these days are a form of ID, painted on your skin.

I guarantee somehow the cops have pictures of them on your file.

tattoos are hot and sexy on anyone, man or woman. i have a half sleeve, tattoos on my forearm, back, back calf, chest and wrists...im an IT professional and all can be covered and when people find out i have tats they never would think of me having them. Doesnt matter who you are, tattoos are an art and we only live life once.

Hate them on women. Makes women look dirty and trashy.

Slaves and farm animals get tattooed/branded...
