Something doesn't add up or I'm just an idiot. From this story [link to www.bnowire.com] is this 'On scene weather is reported to be 40 mph winds and 18-foot seas.' Whats so bad about that? Why can't they get to the ship nor the life rafts? Current conditions are nothing for the Coast Guard.
