The mother stabbed the nanny. The Neighbor heard the Mom screaming "You slit her throat!" She was hysterical, and stabbed the nanny who was lying there. I probably would have done the same thing, given the circumstances. But I also don't believe thenanny did it, but the mom sure did.

Additionally it was noted less than 1% of all suicides are via slitting your own throat. Now to add broken Vertebrae to the picture....this smells even more of a setup...

maybe the mother did it and when the nanny came into the apartment to do her regular job she has been doing she walks into the bathroom sees the children and screams. The mother jumps out from behind and stabs the nanny and then runs screaming for help claiming the nanny did it.

Why was her first move to give aid to the nanny by putting pressure on the wound ? She wouldn't do that (IMO) unless she knew for certain her children were already dead.

In the article I read on CNBC right after it happened said that the mother went to the super and asked if the nanny had left, when he said no she went back up to her apartment and upon searching she found the nanny in the bathroom with the children dead. The Mother began to scream. The super came up the stair and started screaming " the children are dead the children are dead. and the nanny has something sticking out of her throat."

Another article I read said that the mother found the children and then wrapped up her other daughter so not to see it. Did not say anything about the Mother helping nanny. Or seeing nanny stab herself.

I am just shocked as to how many different versions this story has with it. But if the first story is the truth WHy would the Mom walk all the way down to ask the doorman if the nanny had left. Wouldn't the first instinct be to turn the lights on and look around the house? Or to call the nanny on the phone? Looks to me that either A the mother felt uncomfortable to enter the house. Or she was wanting an alibi.

I am not saying it was the Mother I am saying it was planned. If the nanny did it she did it for someone else. Which is why she woke up asking about her family. Why else would she ask about them?
