it seems like these types of events get built up by certain individuals;

the only motive I can decipher is it's a distraction from reality; means there is some legislation being pushed, or other "move" that is not doom, but a subtlety.

I think these ops are a way to keep the "awake" people, or those watching the surreptitious actions of the elite, minds occupied with distractions so they can do something else.
