ok pure speculation on my part but, if you check out RSOE or other earthquake sources you can see there were three earthquakes this afternoon :-
13.55 UTC Mag 3.9
14.21 UTC Mag 3.9
16.30 UTC Mag 3.9
Isn't that unusual, aftershocks are normally smaller than the initial earthquake ?
