I love a good conspiracy as much as the next guy but I have a hard time taking someone serious who believes that the government can control the weather....
Quoting: Anonymous Coward 21342306 How hard would it be? They have plenty up machinery up in the atmosphere. Have you never heard of seeding clouds? I'm sure there's a lot they can do, and we'd never know a thing about it, unless we had our own equipment up there.
