I can't imagine multiples going off, especially considering Fukushima housed far less fuel than probably any one of those east coast plants. The oceans can't take it, I doubt we can take it... Have you ever heard that 9 lbs. of finely ground plutonium dust dispersed into the atmosphere is enough to poison everything on the planet? That is WAY less than is in any one plant, btw.
