Right, I got one. I don't want to try it over here because weed is illegal anyway but maybe some of my Dutch or Czech friends would like to help, or even somebody from one of the states that recently legalised weed in the US. The plan is as follows:

The US government's department of health owns a patent to weed, specifically #6630507 (Cannabinoids as antioxidants and neuroprotectants) as was pointed out by used AC 5414051 here( Thread: U.S. Government owns the patent on cannabis cures If somebody was to make a pill out of cannabis extract and claim it was a neuro-protectant would the US government sue you. Surely that would be an awkward one for them to justify.
