Some have said New Orleans because it is so godless. I say it's a three way tie between The City Of London, New York and Tel Aviv.

Actually it is far from Godless, there are churches on every corner, there is a heavy Christian influence there and and although a poor city with a good number of blacks, they still always vote republican. When visiting, people will tell you to have a "blessed day". Almost every single restaurant observes Lent by serving meatless specials on Fridays, even in the public schools, no meat is served on Fridays during Lent. Also all public schools are closed on Ash Wednesday. The local news channel signs off air with "God Bless Louisiana" and that is posted on big bill boards through out the city and state.
Sure, there is Burbon Street, that is mostly due to tourist coming and enjoying in decadent behavior,as well as locals that live tin the "quarter"and still that is such a small percentage of people.The murder rate is pretty bad in some of the inner city neighbors, however, it is almost always contained to those areas and as callous as it seems it is mostly black on black drug related.
As a Christian I find this city very refreshing to live in after having lived in California. People are real, they care about their neighbors as well as strangers. Now California, that for sure draws a lot of Godless people, they have spent the better part of 20 years and millions upon millions of dollars trying to remove a cross from a mountain top, because it is deemed "offensive"!!!!! No, New Orleans is not Godless in the least.
