no pain ,it is literally like i acquire a heavy head cold without any symptoms of being ill including no running nose
my voice changes to sound like a head cold to
when it occurs it carries on for as long as i am talking in altered state remembering i am talking to a person whom is altered state also , they do not get the head cold affect
so
when i saw jad picto ,to me it pictures me being the figure on the right

Affects of altitude maybe..? :) inhales i inhale (utilize) more aether than i normally do yay clever you !  Breath is everything. Learning to breathe IT in, takes practice and that is where the super slow breathing becomes an asset. The 'INhale' is more of a pulling where very little, if any breath is coming in. There is no desire for air on the uptake. When you hold it then, it starts to spin... And a longer you hold on to it the faster it goes, charging more and more. On the exhale it comes out in waves...like water flowing gently. It is Beautiful. :)
