Re: ? is low rent housing part of the FEMA plan?
I have a section 8 voucher and this year all the payment standards went up except for 0-1 bedroom apartments. I was already unable to find appropriate housing with the extremely low payments in that category and this year they actually cut the standard even further. I am having to look out of state to find a place to live and still can't find an apartment in the alloted voucher amount!! It has become more than obvious that HUD is trying to make all single people homeless. If I can't find a place within their standards then I lose my voucher.

However if you have a family and qualify for a multibedroom apartment you will have no problem finding a nice place to live.

That's part of Agenda 21. I suggest some research on the topic - you'll be surprised at how much of what we discuss on conspiracy forums has its roots in the UN Agenda 21 document. It's all spelled out in black and white, if you take the time to read it.

^THIS^ In case you were wondering why our nation's leaders seem to be shredding the Constitution lately, it's because we are already under UN control. They just haven't bothered to "announce" it yet. (And by "announce" I mean when you see the blue hats in your neighborhood who say they are there to help...THERE'S YOUR "ANNOUNCEMENT"!)

Oh and the "Rent to Own" list you put up there isn't an official HUD site.

HUD does have an ownership program. They allow people with incomes of $8000 a year or greater to buy a house. (yes 8k!) When I spoke with the rep about this program and questioned how anyone could maintain a home with such a low income she told me the majority of people default on their mortgages and lose their homes. She said unless someone has a family member to pay for repairs and upkeep voucher holders fail.

I also questioned how anyone with such a low income would even qualify for a mortgage and she told me HUD works with a special company that give loans to voucher holders.

I am sure that once the people are foreclosed on, the house becomes property of HUD. No doubt there's a huge scam happening!!

Retracting the tendrils of the suburbs is one major goal, it seems. Conditions will gradually manifest that forces anyone who wants modern novelty, to relocate to small dense population regions and live in small tightly managed apartment units. Everyone else, will either succumb to the toxicity outside of the “Safe Zones”, or be left living with no infrastructure support.

Sadly enough that's actually pretty accurate too.

Yep, I did not like the official link. The whole thing is a scam, they collect money and the people lose the house. The government should not be a rental corporation but it is.

HUD is all property scams. HUD insiders frontrun the newest section 8 developments before they are announced. They buy all the property cheap, get HUD grants to improve their properties and drive up the values just in time to sell them to HUD for the new slum HUD is buying the land for.

Then the HUD contractors take over and build shit housing for top HUD dollar and make a killing. Then they fill them with negroids who destroy them in record time and the cycle starts all over again.

Re: ? is low rent housing part of the FEMA plan?
Does any one have any insight to this? Our nation is full of section 8 rentals controlled by not only city gov. also is being outsourced to private enterprise from individual homes to grand hotels, jerkit your input would be appreciated to get clairification, In the midwest I see adds in the paper about low rent housing in high rises that are owned by the city gov. and other out sourced corps. In addition to individual homes for rent that if you are low income the Gov. pays the owner so a family can rent the property and in cases depending on income and other factors pay little to nothing.
AS I STRUGLE TO PAY FOR JUST MY TAXES. no am not shouting just asking for clarification and were is the balance of power?... mkhay

How does number of residents affect taxes? Your family gets put on tax forms, but strangers don't and if they ask you don't volunteer info that is absolutely non of their business. All you have legally is your own issues or ownership and your own legal dependents. The rest is not something they have any right to know unless that person is getting money from government and has to use your address legally but it doesnt up your taxes unless your income went up, room and board. But the amount to cover their expenses is not considered income, so that would fall under a category. Basic rule of thumb, the amount any services gives for a living allowance isn't even enough to pay their expenses, so it certainly doesnt fall under income.

Also agenda 21 is illegal, unlawful and unconstitutional. You would never allow it or obey it in any capacity. You would form local watchdog counsel and set the rules and meet with them and tell them they're walking on very thin ice, educate every household in your area, and make all sorts of changes.

As for equalizing incomes, equality, homes for all, everyone needs this.

But if someone is going to do this in a scarsity, monied system, then they would take the corporate nightmare and bankers and immediately seize all assets and redistribute. I've read that the Rothchild family have half the worlds wealth in their blood stained hands, and then the Church. you take the money from the slavers to equalize.

You don't take away the middle class.

You work for all people to be abundantly middle class and higher, abundance for all.

The money system has to go for that, no one in the cosmos uses it except for slave planets.

When I speak of equality and freedom going hand in hand to graduate from earth, at least in our hearts and minds and souls, yearning strongly for this. I don't mean equalizing to a poor level while rich asswipes continue to walk all over us.

I MEAN WE ALL ARE ENRICHED AND LIVE IN EQUAL ABUNDANCE AND CLEAN TECHNOLOGY. EVERYONE'S STANDARD OF LIVING WOULD GO UP AND UP AND UP.

Even tolerating current systems and money and slavery is illegal and unlawful.

Slavery is illegal, instrsically crimes against all life forms in the universe.

We need to wake up and make them step down.

Then you have to bribe your tenants to keep quiet, otherwise if they rat you out or just accidentally let their true address slip, you're in deep shit.

Very bad idea, why have tenants if you have to beg them to keep a secret for you?

Get back to me once we've gotten "them" to step down and I see this technology that will allow such abundance for all. Until then I am not especially willing to give up what my kids need so some other people can be catered to.

Re: ? is low rent housing part of the FEMA plan?
Section 8 is part of a governmental program that offers low-income families vouchers to help with up to 70 percent of their rent and utility costs. But not everyone who qualifies for Section 8 housing vouchers gets them, since Section 8 isn't an entitlement benefit. The estimate is that just 25 percent of families that meet the technical qualifications for housing aid actually receive it, and the waiting lists are long. Recipients are picked from the waiting lists by monthly lottery [source: Chicago Housing Choice Voucher Program].

The elderly and disabled generally get first dibs on section 8. Followed by veterans and low income families.
Again....Section 8 housing is not an entitlement benefit.
 Quoting: Anonymous Coward 19490298

Why do you believe this is true?

In our area, Section 8 tends to be racial/ethnic minorities.

It is an open lottery, application must be completed online. No in-person applications available.

In county it is not legal. Thus If I did it would throw me into commercial catagory or multi housing let alone void my insurance due to fraud. Additionally the tax man would still be able to get any back taxes due to such act. Thanks for asking.

I have been working for housing as a maintenance tech for 5 years now. I can think of several of our tenants who have been living of our dime for over 20 years. It's a system built to destroy society from the inside out. You give people a feeling of entitlement that shouldn't be there. These people honestly believe that because they fell on hard times 15-20 years ago, we should still be paying for all there shit. OH and how is it that they all smoke, they all have huge flat screen TVs? Most are all heavy drinkers, and NO JOBS!!! Seriously WTF!!
