HAARP has NO impact on the weather or any other event. Its a scientific research facility of the ionosphere.

It was swarming for the last few weeks up until Sandy formed in the Carib and tracked north.

Remember the 4.9 quake in the Caymans that Sandy generated.

Thinking is that the low pressure from Sandy caused the Carib Plate to lift up creating stronger frictional force along the fault thus shutting down the swarms.

Now that pressure is returning to normal, the plate will sink and release the pent up stresses on the fault.

Could see a large quake somewhere in the Carib within the week.

It's obviously illogical considering he probably shits everyday; hurricanes don't pop up every day. Something is up I guess, we'll see soon enogpugh.

Btw there has to be some scientific research into the ill effects of these powerful vlf waves; if it was shown to affect mind patterns and thinking independently would you guys think we could have a massive civil suit on our hands?
