Why would they be shooting haarp waves into Alaska region?
Quoting: ~Spaze*Man~ Because its the best place to conduct research of the ionosphere....which actually doesn't impact anything except in the paranoid minds of GLPers. Haven't they done enough research? The earth's ionosphere is complex, why would you stop researching it after you built the tools to do so?
