And with Vlad Putin – the most resource-driven leader in the world today – behind the controls, I dare say we’re witnessing the “Saudi Aramco-ing” of Russian oil. Putting Putin in a position of even greater resource power can only lead one place: to high oil prices and an amazing bull market in energy. Putin’s Plan Is Working Rosneft has grown dramatically in the last ten years – not by chance, but because Rosneft is Vladimir Putin’s vehicle to reassert state ownership over a fair chunk of Russia’s oil fields. With a snap of his fingers, Putin had created a national oil giant, a vehicle through which he could pursue his plan to reassert Russian influence in the world by controlling other countries’ energy needs. The regime claims the law, which was rushed through parliament in July, will only be used against sites that show hard-core pornography, threaten children or encourage drug use or suicide. But given Putin's track record, the obvious fear is it will be used to stifle political dissent. [link to en.avaaz.org] |

When it comes to Russia, Mitt Romney has been brash, at one point labeling Russia “without question our number one geopolitical foe” and “a geopolitical adversary.” He’s also repeatedly lashed out at President Obama for allegedly being weak on Russia. But according to a New York Times report, Matt Romney is trying to convince Russia that the tough talk is just talk: “But while in Moscow, Mr. Romney told a Russian known to be able to deliver messages to Mr. Putin that despite the campaign rhetoric, his father wants good relations if he becomes president, according to a person informed about the conversation.” [link to thinkprogress.org] |

Increased spending reflects the latest in Russia’s military doctrine that is meant to address its security strategy and what it defines as threats to the homeland. Among the five points outlined by then-Russian President Dmitriy Medvedev – called the Medvedev Doctrine – Russian defense doctrine calls for protecting its citizens “wherever they may be.” “Our foreign policy decisions will be based on this need,” Medvedev said. “We will also protect the interests of our business community abroad. It should be clear to all that we will respond to any aggressive act committed against us.” [link to www.prophecynewswatch.com] |

One of the most important aspects of conspiracy theories is being able to discern when there isn't one. Oh yeah, like you'd understand anyway. I can't remember ever having a POTUS who did everything possible to destroy the country the way Obama does. And yet he was re-elected. But by those who stand to gain from his freebies only as they collectively destroy the country. Putin looks better all the time. Russia is going forward while America is faltering. Study history of central banking from 1700s forward and you will understand why, pay attention to WWI era, WWII, Germany, Bolshevism etc. It really is pretty sick. Throw your school books away, nothing in there you really need. |
