They have worked diligently to deprive and deplete us of copper. You're not going to find a bio-available copper supplement that is available to the general population.
Quoting: cab copper sulphate is readily available! also you can make it yourself but copper from copper acetate and copper oxide is more bio available but blood and liver copper concentrations remain the same no matter which of the three above mentioned sources of copper are used. and copper oxide gives the overall highest bio availability of copper
