My juicer is a masticating style that does not involve steam at all. I am talking about juicing it.. but not using the means you shared... unless I am misunderstanding.

The urinary tract, in contrast to popular belief, is not an excretory channel, it is an excess channel. Toxins come out the other end, through our pores & through our hair follicles... hence nasty smelling arm pits, feet, ETC.

I believe that you can start drinking your urine at any time. It is true that it is ideal to be as clean & pure as possible before starting MAINLY due to the urine tasting better, but NOT necessary. Urine is 95% distilled water, the other 5% is information & excess vitamins, minerals, ETC. Also hormones & stem cells.

There are stories of people surviving on JUST urine for 30 days +. There are testimonials of individuals urine fasting for 7 days, 14, 30, 60 ETC all with STELLAR results. Ultimately, use your own discernment. If this resonates, try it! If not.... keep on doin' what you're doin. <3

Tried...immediately gagged because the taste and smell is so disgusting

I put water through my drip coffee maker to make tea, never adding grounds/herbs into any part of the coffee maker. I used it like a tea kettle-heat the water and pour the water into the tea mug where the tea is waiting.

After doing this many times, I have a mineral (white hard chalky) mess on the inside of the glass coffee pot. the same kind of 'film' that's on the inside of a distiller after using a few times.


I don't think the water could be considered distilled though because I doubt the process removed everything.

I hear that, mine has been of such quality before too.

The more pure your diet, the more clear and tasty is your own water. Cooked food, alcohol, smoking, meat, ETC all contribute towards your urines funky appearance and taste.

Instead of your own water, try drinking a gallon to a gallon and a half a day of pure live fresh fruit juice ... or just buy distilled water in plastic jugs. I recommend getting 30 gallons at a time, one a day.

You could also simply try purifying your diet, or fasting.. then try looping your own water. :)

Interesting thoughts. I'm really interested in making some sort of a solar distiller. :)

i just distilled some water and tested the ph (it was acidic). it was the same ph as it was before i distilled it. is distilled water not supposed to be alkaline?

Some time ago one of our female staff came into the lab with some home made elderflower wine.
just for a buzz we distilled it.
Tasted ok.
Then we distilled it again and though the flavour had gone the warmth to the belly was excellent.
Then, to emulate the vodka makers we distilled it for a third time.
Rocket fuel.

that's interesting. i thought pure water was supposed to have a ph of around 7. is pure water different from distilled water?

also, do you think it makes no difference if you have an acidic/alkaline diet as the blood neutralises it anyway?

I would have to disagree to some respect. If you have any chemicals in your body, they will effect you're urine once consumed. From my experience with UT, I am a smoker and consumed high amounts of caffeine. If I would drink my own water a day, a few days even 3-4 days after smoking I would become almost drugged, and find it difficult to stay awake. Almost like taking sleeping pills. I know this was due to the nicotine in my system. The same with caffeine, only getting the reverse effects, being jolted with a type of energy. From what I have researched, chemicals can pass through the urine. That is something to take into account.

Pure water is distilled water, two names for the same thing. Some water might be marketed as pure but they may have used a technique that is different than distillation.. that would be something to look for.

I think you are spot on with that statement. Direct experience speaks volumes and so far with mine I have had nothing but positive results from the continued consumption of distilled liquids.

I think you are entirely correct my friend and my intuition led me into eating 90% raw live fruits & veggies before really embarking upon serious UT fasting. I will say this, however.. I believe that if you were to start UT and quit all toxins your kidneys would purify your water and excrete the toxins through the other end, sweat glands, ETC. Just my thoughts.

My teeth have whitened significantly as a result of using urine & distilled liquids. Since all four types of distilled liquids are negatively charged they effectively pull all positively charged / inorganic dis-eases, toxins, deposits, calcification, ETC.

Not sure that any type of water is ''dead'' as you have mentioned. Different types of water have varying degrees of structure, content and magnetic/electrical charge.

btw the reason reverse osmosis or distilled water reads as acidic is because it has no salts or minerals in it so it sucks in carbon dioxide from the atmosphere...

also do not store reverse osmosis or distilled water in a plastic or metal containers it will leech the solvents and metals from them.

essentially reverse osmosis or distilled water will make the body acidic due to its co2 content.

long term use of reverse osmosis or distilled water will cause many health problems.
