In the movie resident evil it was shown a special bomb that instead of explosion it implodes damaging only a specific area turning it into dust completely, what i'm trying to say is there might be weapons out there that not only can blow up moons but kill them in a way so the planet next to it wont get any damage. Since i'm not aware of those weapons thats why i advise the hackers to blow that fucker up only when ww3 ignites as humanity will end anyways then with the dragonians and their genetic creation hybrid race chinese alone to rape our planet completely and fuel our moon for its next trip on a new earth/victim under new skies as its mentioned in the draconian bible.

So pretty much by blowing up the moon even if this planet gets destroyed we're doing a much greater good to the universal organism by removing that cancerous disease from its body!

Some times to get cured by a deadly disease when sick you might have to do some sacrifices and when your ass is planned by your owners for slaughter why not take advantage of that to unleash some hell on them! and not die in vain!
