The truth here is that my Kunalini has suffered as a result. Try to focus on the lower chakras if you can. That will help avoid the flip flop |

We tend to carry fragments of memories with us, and some aren't necessarily ours from this lifetime. Our physical core has problems at times comprehending what is real and what is created by thought. The conflicts with past life memories is funneled towards a desire to be once again spiritual. |
