No direct way to get to control panel. Quoting: Anonymous Coward 26588724 Move your mouse into the lower-left corner (where you'd click to get to Start screen) and right-click to get a menu with some "power user" staples (Control Panel, Computer Management, Event Viewer, Command Prompt, etc). Yeah.. found that Windows Key + X gave you the "power user" menu. The problem is, it isn't intuitive in directing one to where they want to go. I have to evaluate deploying this thing on over 1000 stations across all the continents with users ranging from experienced and resourceful to barely able to check email.... not looking good for Windows 8 so far with this consideration.
