I don't think they can do it. They would have to go to the supreme court because of constitutional reasons. It is a constitution law.

Yes but they may just push through an amendment change faster due to the fact that the areas hurt are mostly Obama voters. ^^^^^This^^^^^ And there's no way he'd work this hard on public relations on the East Coast just to let it go down the drain when half of them can't even show up to vote right now.
