i have mixed feelings of dubstep, i almost refer to it what rap did to hiphop no one knows hiphop anymore to them its the 'rap' they play on the radio.

and what is dubstep technically its the rythm of the music slowed down to lower decibals or something im not sure? im not sure if ive even heard an original dubstep song? maybe im listening to the mainstreme dub and have no idea.

anyway it bothers me dubstep resembles happy hardcore alot, whos heard of happy hardcore? some of these dubstep vids ive seen has millions of viewers and its just came out? pretty fucking retarded if you ask me.

some of it does sound good. the whole genre just rubs me the wrong way i think.

You feel dubstep more then you hear it. You really need to listen to it on a powerful sound system. It will give you a whole new appreciation for dubstep.

Ive got a pair of Behringer Truth B2030P studio monitors. They are really cheap and high quality. A pair of those will melt your face off.

Hell ya skream i listen to lets see nero bassnector ry legit rusko and alot more but i think skrillex is over played beacuse he had a gay emo band and now most of his music is just remixes not very creative in my mind but one song you need to check out is fools rhythm by 2 fingers best song ever

Benga, Skream, Rusko and a live dubstep US based group called Trillbass where my first introduction to dubstep about 5 years ago.

Dubstep is actually very easy to make now days and thats why there is a lot of shitty dubstep music out there. The OG's of dubstep are true musicians. Claw from Hulk and formally Trillbass is probably one of the most melodious electronic bass players on the planet. He is the only producer I have ever heard that can turn an odd number of bars into a melody. Which in music world is almost impossible to do.

Ive been a fan of electronic music for 12 years. Back in 2008 I first heard dubstep when it was coming out in Miami at a clube when I went down for Ultra Music Festival.

I have a friend whos starting some is actually pretty cool , id like to make some jut i hope it doesnt blow o3o

does anyone else get 'high' from just listening to dubstep with good headphones? seriously, it changes my perceptions on reality... not by much, but still, it does change things for me. i know that some sounds can change human brainwaves, they used sound to irritate the Waco TX. people. just wondering if anyone else notices this effect.
