Yo OP! Sira has a colorful history...used to be named Pramoni from Singapore or might still be. [ link to www.marinetraffic.com] and [ link to www.shipspotting.com] Turns out Pramoni was hijacked by Somali pirates 2 January 2010 in the Gulf of Aden.  Anyway she's made it as far as Owls Head Treatment Center which is about as far as they get before turning back. Do you have any idea why the tankers are only going this far then they're turning back? Yo Brooklyn! You may have a better view than any of us but I think the power is still out at the docks on the New York side so no place to unload. Maybe why Cuomo was screaming so loudly today about the power companies. I would think that Futures Contracts may have something to do with it too as if no delivery is made than people make/lose money fast. The other thing I noticed is that the Big Bastards out waiting. They are too big for the Upper Harbor so they would be going to Linden/Perth Amboy so that they didn't have to cross under the bridges, so that area is still out as well for various reasons. That is a very interesting history on that ship too. Hope its not still Hijacked!
