Thanks for the Philly update. That Paulsboro facility can only store 90,800 barrels so it will be overloaded quick unless they are getting trucks in and out of there.
It seems to be about 1 or 2 Tankers a day docking in Philly. Does that seem right?

After the storm 1 or 2 oil tankers a day was moving up the Delaware Bay and Delaware River to Philly Refineries and Refineries south of Philly in NJ/PA and DELAWARE
During the past 26 hours there's been a uptick! Are the Refineries getting back to normal?? I hope so!
