Regarding Ohio....what about the fact that dems will not be showing up in the numbers they did in 08' and more republicans will be?

There is a thread regarding this topic. I believe the thread was about Virginia, it stated 13% less dems early voted and more republicans have voted early than in 08'

So if that is the case, those poll numbers really mean nothing right?

PARTY CONVENTION AND GENERAL ELECTION GRANTS

The Presidential nominee of each major party may become eligible for a public grant of $20,000,000 plus COLA (over 1974). For 2012, the grant is approximately $91,241,400 for each major party nominee. With the exception of the 2008 Democratic presidential nominee, Barack Obama, every major party nominee has accepted the general election grant since the program's inception in 1976. Candidates themselves may not raise any other funds to be used for campaigning during the general election period.

Public grants of $18,248,300 went to each of the major parties for their conventions in 2012.

Since no third party candidate received 5% of the vote in 2008, only the Republican and Democratic parties are eligible for 2012 convention grants, and only their nominees may receive grants for the general election when they are nominated. Third-party candidates could qualify for retroactive public funds if they receive 5% or more of the vote in the general election.

Dems have canabalized there voting base! this is a turnout race. we'll see Tuesday when the election actually happens. as for the polls you quote "smh" these polls are there to back the already progressing story of voter fraud in Ohio! same ol' demoncrat shit only now We the people are wise to it. They are trying to create what happened in 2008 without factoring the last four years or what happened in 2010.

this is true, these polls are all assuming the dems have an 8% lead in turnout based on 2008 which is absurd

Guess who said this:

In addition to the data, the anecdotal and intangible evidence—from crowd sizes to each side's closing arguments—give the sense that the odds favor Mr. Romney. They do. My prediction: Sometime after the cock crows on the morning of Nov. 7, Mitt Romney will be declared America's 45th president. Let's call it 51%-48%, with Mr. Romney carrying at least 279 Electoral College votes, probably more.

The problem with the media:

50% of the Media is Biased for Republicans
50% of the Media is Biased for Democrats

In other words, you will get no honest unbiased news. One side will always say the other is losing and their guy is winning except for once in awhile in an attempt to appear unbiased they'll say for 4 seconds the other guy is winning then it's back to their guy.

Just wait till the election and use your voting power. It's all you can do. The entire Media Machine is bullshit.

Re: Mitt Romney has an Ohio and Intrade problem
Early voting problems in the key battleground state of Ohio are fueling concerns in the final days until Election Day, with the national race essentially tied in the latest Fox News poll.

After several early voters in North Carolina said last week they cast ballots for Mitt Romney but the electronic ballot machine logged their pick as President Obama, similar problems have popped up this week in Ohio.
Voters said they selected Romney on the touch screen but an Obama vote was logged instead.

I've been reading the Intrade comments section for months, and 80% of the people there are Obamatards and very partisan.

There is very little discussion of election metrics there, just shilling and arguing.

Now bear in mind, you MUST have money deposited to COMMENT there. That means you wired money to Ireland. So these people are the people who are betting, and I think they're full of shit. A wise bettor has no personal stake in who wins or loses.

I wonder what Intrade will have to say about:

-Mossad getting their hands on Obama's college grades and the damning video LA Times tried to hide in 2008

-Obama's bathhouse homosexual hijinx are released right before the election.

-the old "you didn't built it" and Democrats literally booing God and Jerusalem at DNC get cleverly made into a nattle-groun state ad. Pro business and religious voters in Ohio and Pennsylvania will just love their God being booed right before the election.

-Benghazi-gate returns to national spotlight with even more disturbing new details. Impeachment material.
