Looks like an abandoned tin shack shithole. The houses in the background appear fine. Answer, stay away from tin shack shitholes. Actually it look like Breezy Point to me, but I could be wrong. A fire started and the strong winds just took it from house to house destroying a hundred or so in a very short time.
