Something to Ponder as the election draws near...



Dan 12:11 tells us plainly:

"from the time that the daily sacrifice shall be taken away, and the abomination that maketh desolate SET UP, there shall be 1290 days."

Elsewhere in the Bible we are told Israel (Daniel's people) are given 1260 days:

Poll: Majority approves of Obama's marriage decision

(CNN) – When President Barack Obama made his first public endorsement of same-sex marriage Wednesday, the political implications were murky – while it clearly helped the president with his liberal base, it was unclear whether moderate supporters and African-Americans would respond positively.

On Friday,(MAY 11th, 2012) the first poll taken after his ABC News interview showed 51% of Americans approved of the decision, compared to 45% who disapproved. The results from the Gallup survey, which was taken May 10, closely mirror recent polling of Americans on the issue of marriage equality.

Eph. 5:23-32
For a husband is the head of his wife as Christ is the head of his body, the church; he gave his life to be her Savior. As the church submits to Christ, so you wives must submit to your husbands in everything.

The picture of marriage expands into something much broader, with the husband and wife relationship illustrating the relationship between Christ and the church. Husbands are urged to lay down their lives in sacrificial love and protection.
