Oblabla took the requirement when on welfare, to prove that you looking for a job out of the welfare system, so in essence he gave them a liscense to sit on the free front porch, drinking their cheap wine, eating their free food, talking on their free phone, and are perfectly contect to do just that. They have no desire to do something with their lives.

I am a social worker and even though each state is different but Section 8 housing is not the only housing welfare (not disability or SS) people get, and it DOES Pay up to 100% of the rent.. LOOK it up again. HOW else would welfare people pay for it.. Most states require income under 210-300 month to stay qualified for Welfare (DEPENDING ON THE NUMBER OF KIDS OF CURSE) . And that inclues income from child support Pot calls kettle black. You're the LIAR. Look into Fall River housing and provide the link. You don't even know how to spell~ 'NUMBER OR KIDS OF COURSE' People supposed to think you're educated? LMAO!
