Hotel owner Richard Nicotra told Hotel Check-In Friday afternoon that local residents are relying on his hotel while they remain homeless due to the storm and that he won't let them down. Every large event needs a catalyst to start the ball rolling. Perhaps this Hilton standing up - if the city goes and kicks them out of the hotel - could start the uprising against these idiots.
