POLL: When will the presidential election winner be announced?

With several key states likely to be very close, and provisional and absentee ballots not being counted for perhaps a week, and the power outages on the East coast potentially affecting ability to vote there--this election probably won't really be officially decided by Nov 7th.

2) company that won the bid to count votes was a huge contributor to the Obama campaign from Spain or Portugal or some where over there.
