I don't get why they kill the animals. It would be better for them to not use lethal force on the animal. If anything they should have tranquilizer darts to subdue an aggressive dog if it is attacking them or about to. Most of the time the police are overly paranoid. In my opinion they should have more intense psychological evaluation before one can become a police officer.

In the video the officer ran at the guy walking his dog and shot it and arrested him. Some people (if you can call them that) are horrible. How could one do such a thing.
