Yeah, it looks like a great harrassing weapon, but unless you get very lucky, doubtful it kills. It has me interested in the concept regardless. The Chinese used a repeating crossbow circa 2nd and 3rd century. It wasn't used during the medieval period that I'm aware of. An ordinary crossbow with say a 150 pound draw weight is relatively slow, but can be used for hunting. Anyone know of a real repeating crossbow that could be quickly rechambered with a bolt and fired with similar take down power? |

Quoting: Dr. Acula Some of them are feral to begin with. And using this as an opportunity for profit. I won't name any races. Civilization had its beginnings in Babilon, or Babel. Civilizations have all been built upon that foundation. It is a foundation built on sand! They rise and they fall, and great will be the fall of this civilization! lol, do you really believe that? that's not what common science and historians say. Are you telling us that you actually BELIEVE what 'common science and historians' say? Seriously? The victors write the history, the money men drive the science. |

Anybody without a job thats not a stake holder in the area should be rounded up and taken to a fema camp. Those in the projects. Government assisted anything. Renters are not stake holders. Leave the property owners but take the rest out of play. Lock them up in a fema camp. That would solve the problem. I hate to think about the children left with welfare mothers and fathers. Whats happening to them. The children didn't ask for this to happen nor did they sign up to have these people as parents. Friendship isn't about whom you have known the longest...Its about who walked into your life and said...I am here for you. |

These next 24 hours are critical for these folks, the government has really let them down,” Meyer posted on Facebook Thursday. Quoting: Laura Bow More at [link to www.nydailynews.com] They should add cans of wasp/hornet spray to that list. Easy to use, cheaper than guns. Guns are great but it is doubtful that anyone is going to be taking a truckload of firearms into there, which is what they really need. Wasp spray is almost as good as bear spray and much more effective than pepper spray. Range of 15 to 25 ft, no blowback and a blob of it in the face requires medical treatment. Several cans could be placed in handy locations inside your dwelling. Gives you time to get away or get to a more powerful weapon. Costs average about $4 a can. Those people can't go out and buy anything right now but some might have a can or 2 of wasp spray sitting under the sink or in the garage. If anyone is going there to help, take a few cases of that stuff with you. Great advice! As for the residents, I hope they get their beer That wasp spray is def a good idea, I never thought about that... but either way, someone needs to bring the beer. Ha, i'm willing to bet if they gave EVERYBODY beer they'd all chill out and have a block party :) SERIOUSLY??? You really think adding alcohol is going to help the situation and they will all gather in a circle and sing kumbaya??? Going by the rate of intoxicated out of control people, flooding a & e's around the world every weekend, I seriously doubt that alcohol is going to help!
