Always? Are you sure she just doesn't look at the clock a lot, and only notices the 11s because she thinks they mean something?

Which seems to suggest that this randomness is under control of a higher power. Amazing but there can be no other explanation if this is happening to a large number of people. the other day I was explaining the golden ratio to my friend and then counted 3.14 worth of change right after that.
