Yeah, the daylight savings time ended over a month ago! Someone has their dates mixed up badly. Of course here in AZ we don't bother changing (one of two states in the entire union that do not) because frankly, we don't want even one more hour of stinking sunshine - especially in the summer when after dark it may drop to under 95 degrees after having been 113 or higher all afternoon. But then again we do get days like today. End of November, after Thanksgiving, and the high today is 77 degrees. Low tonight will be in the mid-hi 40's, and a little cooler in the outlying parts of the valley.

So there are trade offs... but I haven't had to shovel snow in ten years and that's worth something!
