They fill it out, scan it back to the election office and the absentee board takes a real ballot and fills it out for them. They also have to sign another form declaring that they are who they say they are and understand that by voting by email, they lose their ballot "secrecy". In my office we have only done 11 of these. |

It's always been this way. I know because I've been working in our voting location for the last 2 elections and we've had these machines for both. In fact we were one of the first to get them. I'm not saying that it's not right. They should definately fix them so that there is more Seperation between the selections. |
