I'm not exactly sure, but from my understanding, they have a map like the one NOAA tsunami website has, with dots in different colors throughout the world. The dots are normally in yellow and once the tpsb send the signal it can be shut off, but once the dots are black it cannot. This is when the 104 hours warning starts. |
