We have Tim Horton's everywhere in my part of Ohio. I think all the Dunkin Donuts around here are gone. I don't know of any. I get DD when I'm in Chicago, but Tim Horton's is way better.

Tim's is meh... I laugh at the die hard idiots that are waiting 10-15 minutes in the drive thru every morning.

It's like some sort of disgusting junkie clinic, everyone lines up to get their fix.

Neither. I've had both, but I'm from the South and by god, Waffle House has the best coffee. Always was one of the big things I missed when I moved out of the South.

Doughnuts...the closest place to me that isn't a gas station is an hour away. Never ate them much when I lived in a city, and I don't miss them now.

The best chain donuts I've had are Krispy Kremes.....DD are kind of crappy. The best donuts I've had overall are from this local Amish farm market that makes them fresh.

Dunkin Donuts used to kick ass when they actually made the Donuts on each premise. Now they have like distribution centers that make them and they transport the Donuts in shitty vans and dirty racks. It's disgusting actually. I see some of the racks sitting outside with bird shit on them. I doubt they wash them. Lastly, how and why did they change baking procedures??? Ask the Arabs that bought them and couldn't figure out how to teach a whole bunch of Camel jockeys how to make donuts. They fucking ruined the Franchise!

Tim Horton's makes me sick.

They have completly run every mom and pop coffee shop out of business, literally.

Since there is no where else to get coffee now there are masssive lineups and even traffic jams from people lining up to get into the tim hortons parking lot early in the mornings when people are heading to work.

It's pathetic.

Typical Canadian company though, completely run by greed and they try and make a monopoly out of the coffee market. They are as bad as bell canada. Well not quit that bad but still pretty bad.

We have a couple starbucks in my city as well but the're coffee sucks balls.

I moved from Connecticut to Nova Scotia, lived there off and on for 10 years, so I think I am pretty intimately familiar with both (I'm a coffee addict)

Personally, I think Dunkins has a bit of an edge...coffee tastes a little better to me

Same donut holes (Tim Bits up there) same donuts, same stale bland bagels, lol

I think Tim Ho gets the edge for their sandwiches, which while not great are at least a salty meal...not sure if Dunkin has that

I can't stand the Tim Ho's sugary coffees...but I prefer my coffee with a little bite in it

Both DD and Tim Ho put something awfully addictive in their brew...in Nova Scotia where people don't like spending money on things they don't need they are nevertheless lined up at 6 am at the Tim Hortons to get their fix

I went to Tim Hortons at the Kandahar Airfield, Afghanistan store. It had the best coffee and donuts in town. God bless those Canadians!

Call me cheap, but MJB Hawaiian Blend is pretty damn good. And it's like 8.99 for 1 lb 11oz. I like Tully's, but they are slowly going out of business. I mostly drink coffee I brew my self. Even living in the Pacific Northwest, I've never been snobby enough to be the daily Starbucks patron.

Besides, ever been in a Starbucks and order just a reg coffee with no cream or sugar? People stare at you like your fucking crazy.

Out west I like Winchell's Donuts. Their not all over like they were in the 90's though.

i went to canada one time and tim hortons is like a cult. the old people get there at like 5am and the place turns into a lodge where they all just sit for the whole day drinking coffee and talking about hockey.

I like Tim Hortons a lot better. The coffee is great at both places but I actually think Hortons Donuts are much better and they have a wider selection.
