The plane was comming in way to low. he barely cleared the fence.

HOWEVER; the SUV should have stopped and looked around - there are signs to watch for aircraft. also, interferng with an aircraft makes it a federal offence.

I AM a pilot and the pilot approaching this field had a huge field of view the car didn't. ALSO, regardless of hitting the car, he was coming in too low and too slow and was more than likely thinking more about his wife filming his approach than he was on the approach. The car driver is not at fault here, stop sign or no stop sign.
